Intellectual Property Rights

11.1 All content displayed in the seller’s online store, including but not limited to texts, images, graphics, logos, icons, audio and video files, as well as software and the underlying source code, is the intellectual property of the seller or third parties and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

11.2 Any reproduction, distribution, public display, modification, or other use of such content, whether in whole or in part, is prohibited without the prior written consent of the seller or respective rights holder, unless expressly permitted by law.

11.3 The seller retains all rights to trademarks, product names, company logos, and designs used in connection with the products and services. Unauthorized use may constitute an infringement of these rights and will be legally pursued.

11.4 Customers are not granted any rights or licenses to use any trademarks, designs, or other intellectual property of the seller except as necessary for the use of the products in accordance with the contract.
